The Ministry of Defence, in a notable announcement, has confirmed that eligible civilian defence employees serving in the Army Ordnance Corps (AOC) will receive a 40-day productivity-linked bonus (PLB) for the financial year 2024-25.The PLB for eligible employees is calculated based on 40 days’ worth of wages, using an agreed formula that reflects the year’s working results. To standardize payment, the Ministry of Defence has set a calculation ceiling of ₹7,000. The exact formula for the bonus is 7,000 × 40/30.4, which applies to all eligible employees under the scheme.

Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) ek aisa incentive hai jo Defence Civilian Employees ko unke kaam ke performance ke aadhar par diya jata hai. Har saal sarkar is bonus ko approve karti hai jisse unka morale aur efficiency badhta hai. Is baar bhi 2024-25 financial year ke liye 40 days ke bonus ko approve kiya gaya hai.

Bonus ki calculation production performance ke base par ki jati hai. Jo employees regular duty par the aur jinke attendance satisfactory the, unhe pura bonus milta hai. Government guidelines ke hisab se maximum 40 days ka payment allowed hai. Yeh bonus un sabhi civilian staff ke liye hai jo Army Ordnance Corps aur anya Defence Establishments me kaam karte hain.
